Shipping policy

We currently ship within the United States and Canada only. We do not ship to other countries at this time.

Because every item is made to order, please allow 3 to 7 business days for production before your order ships.

United States: $6.99 flat rate, and free on orders of $75 and up. Delivery is 3 to 4 business days after production.

Canada: $30 flat rate, 7 to 14 business days after production. Free shipping does not apply to Canada.

We work hard to ship on time. If a delay happens for a reason outside our control, like weather or a carrier issue, we will email you and keep you posted.

Canadian orders: Any duties, taxes, or customs handling fees charged on delivery are the responsibility of the customer. These fees are set by the Canada Border Services Agency and the carrier, not by MRSBYVALLE, and are not included in the shipping cost you pay at checkout.
