for you the moment you place your order. 

Because each item is custom made-to-order, we are 
unable to accept returns or exchanges. 

However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, 
please contact us within 7 days of receiving it at 
mrs@mrsbyvalle.com and we will make it right — 
no questions asked.
