Made-to-Order Process

Every item in our shop is hand-picked and crafted just for you. Because of this, please allow 3–7 business days of production time before your order ships. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order is on its way.

United States

  • Standard shipping: $6.99
  • Free shipping on orders over $100

Canada

  • Shipping rates: $12.99–$20.00 depending on order size and destination

International

International shipping may not be available for all products. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us at mrs@mrsbyvalle.com and we'll do our best to help.

Returns & Exchanges

Because our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges. However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at mrs@mrsbyvalle.com with a photo of the issue and we will make it right.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use that number to track your package directly through the carrier's website. If you have any issues locating your tracking information, reach out to us at mrs@mrsbyvalle.com.

Product Care

Glassware

Hand wash recommended. Avoid sudden temperature changes (e.g., placing cold glassware in hot water). Not recommended for microwave or dishwasher use unless otherwise noted.

Textiles

Machine wash cold on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry low or lay flat to dry. Avoid bleach and harsh detergents to preserve color and texture.

Home Decor

Dust with a soft, dry cloth. Keep away from direct sunlight to prevent fading. Specific care instructions may be included with your item.
